I just finished reading...

She's Come Undone by Wally Lambs and it is one of the best books I've ever read. It deals with the life of a girl who had a lot of painful experiences in her life and how she dealt with them. I could relate to what the main character went through in a lot of ways. The fact that the author is a man and was able to capture the feelings of a woman so accurately and realisticly is scary. Its not the most pleasant topic since it deals with rape, obesity, insanity, and a bad marriage not to mention a dysfunctional family background but it is definately worth reading. But I'm warning you that it will make you cry. I read it mostly on a train so I had to keep my tears in but I wanted to cry like a baby.

Now moving on to a completely new topic I've never seen so many cops on the subways. And they are randomly searching peoples bags. The bomb attacks in London yesterday most have raised the security level again. I don't think I'm in danger because if the terrorists are going to do anything here they'll want to kill as many people as they can. It' wonderful that I have this in the back of my mind now everytime I'm on the subway.
